If your question is not here, email us and we will answer it — and if it is a question more than one customer asks, it ends up on this page.
Software for UAE contracting, manpower and transport companies. It keeps the operating record in one place: who is on which site, what they worked, what the client was invoiced, what the staff were paid, and what the vehicles and machinery did. It is used from a browser in the office and from a phone on site.
Companies that supply people, plant or transport to other companies and bill for it. Manpower supply, subcontracting, equipment hire, fuel supply, and the mix of those that most UAE contractors actually run. It suits a company with anywhere from a dozen to a few thousand workers on the books.
Staff records and visa expiry, site deployments, attendance and overtime, quotations, LPOs, invoices and payments, payroll with WPS export, vehicles and machinery with a daily log, labour camps, petty cash, bilingual client contracts, and a cross-verification report that compares what was deployed with what was worked and what was billed. Not every company needs all of it, and each part can be switched off.
Each company gets its own separate workspace with its own company code. Your staff, clients, rates and invoices are visible only inside your workspace. No other customer can see them and no other customer appears in your lists.
Yes. Vehicles and machinery, a trip planner with routes and stops, hiring vehicles out to clients and hiring them in from suppliers, a workshop with job cards and a service schedule, fuel from ADNOC, ENOC, EPPCO, a tanker delivery or a site tank, kilometre and mileage checks, Salik and Darb tolls, traffic fines, accidents with the insurance claim followed to settlement, and what each vehicle earned against what it cost.
Both, on the same register. A hire records the rate and what it is per — day, week, month, kilometre, hour or trip — the dates, whether a driver is included, who pays for fuel, who maintains it and who insures it. A condition report is taken at handover and again at return, with the odometer, the fuel level, the damage and a signature, so "it was already like that" has an answer. A vehicle you hire IN is never added to your asset register, because it is not your asset.
Yes. A job card per visit: the complaint, the diagnosis, parts, labour hours and what an outside garage charged. Parts come out of your own store rather than a separate parts list, so there is one stock figure and not two that disagree. Each vehicle has a service schedule by kilometres or months, whichever falls first, and closing a service card rolls it forward automatically.
Yes — the whole process. Estimation with a schedule of rates, take-offs and a priced bill of quantities; drawings through consultant approval and authority submissions across all seven emirates; procurement with comparison sheets that want three offers before an award; and the commercial side: variations and claims with their notice deadlines, interim payment applications with retention and advance recovery, and subcontractor certificates.
Yes. Gate passes for anything leaving, coming in, or held on somebody else's behalf. Somebody other than the person who raised it approves it, the storekeeper counts it out — and it is the counted quantity that moves, not the requested one — and the receiver signs for it on the screen or on a printed pass. Returnable passes are chased, and anything that comes back short or damaged raises a damage report on its own.
No. Record the new name and the old one is kept with the date it stopped, and the licence number stays. Invoices, quotations, purchase orders, expenses, petty cash and vouchers can then be issued or entered "in the name of" the former name, and they print that name and its TRN rather than today's — so the old company's records stay complete inside the new one.
Three things, and each one reads figures the app has already computed rather than inventing them. It reviews a tender estimate against the RFQ and names costs that look missing. It reads the cross-verification report and says which lines a person should check first. And an operations review reads the whole transport module — expiring papers, overdue services, vehicles stuck in the workshop, hires past their return date, fuel that does not add up — and writes the morning note. If no AI is configured, every one of those screens still works; only the paragraph is missing.
Ask for a demo from the form on the home page. We set up your workspace, create the first administrator account, and send you a company code with sign-in details. Your administrator then adds the rest of your people.
Yes — fourteen days. Real workspace, real data, no obligation. If you decide not to continue, tell us and the workspace and everything in it is removed.
Yes. Staff, clients and sites can be imported from a spreadsheet using templates we provide, so you do not retype a workforce you already have on file. Anything that fails to import is reported line by line rather than silently skipped.
The workspace exists the same day. Being genuinely useful depends on your data — a company with three hundred workers on a spreadsheet is usually running attendance within a week. The honest answer is that the software is ready faster than the habit of using it.
Pricing depends on how many people you have on the books and which parts you use. Ask us and we will quote for your size — we would rather give you a real number than a table you have to interpret.
By bank transfer or automatic deduction, in advance for the period agreed. The subscription agreement sets out the amount, the period and the terms, and you get a copy before anything is charged.
Your plan sets a limit on user logins and staff records. If you pass it the system tells you rather than quietly stopping, and the limit is raised by agreement.
Yes, with thirty days' written notice, and nothing already paid for a period already served is refundable. Cancelling does not hold your data hostage — see the next section.
You do. It is your workforce, your clients and your invoices. We hold it to run the service for you and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build anything for anyone else.
Yes. Invoices, payroll runs, WPS files, staff and client lists and the reports all export from inside the app while your account is active. Ask before you leave and you get an export of the lot.
When an account is closed the workspace and everything in it is deleted, including uploaded photographs and signatures on disk — not only the database rows. Ask for your export first, because after deletion we cannot recover it for you.
On servers operated by our hosting provider. Ask us for the current location and provider in writing if it matters to your compliance — we will tell you rather than guess here.
One feature — an advisory paragraph on the cross-verification report — sends figures to a third-party language model. It is off unless switched on for your company, and client and staff names are replaced with labels before the request leaves the server, so what crosses the wire is amounts and shapes, not who anybody is. Everything else in the app is ordinary arithmetic on your own database.
With your company code, their own email address and their own password. The company code means one person's stolen password does not, on its own, identify which workspace it belongs to.
Yes, and administrators can require it. If somebody loses the phone their authenticator was on, an administrator can remove the second factor for them — every such action is logged with who did it and from which IP address.
Each person has a role, and each person can have individual modules hidden. A site supervisor marking attendance does not reach payroll or invoices. Every screen checks permission on the server, not in the browser.
Administrators have a security screen showing failed and successful sign-ins with source IP addresses, blocked attempts and denied requests. Repeated failures throttle the attacker and, past a threshold, raise an alert.
Invoices carry the TRN of both parties, VAT at the applicable rate, the amount in words and a QR code, and can be exported in the structured e-invoice format. Your accountant should still review the setup for your own circumstances before you rely on it.
Yes. A payroll run produces payslips and a WPS salary information file for upload, using the IBAN and bank details held against each staff member. Deductions are approved before they reach a payslip and are visible to the worker.
Yes. The whole application switches between English and Arabic, with right-to-left layout, and each person chooses their own language. Client contracts are written in both languages side by side and print as one document.
Overtime is recorded separately from normal hours, can require certification by someone on the client's side with a signature, and uncertified overtime is flagged on the report before you invoice it — which is the argument you would otherwise have after.
Yes, for Android and iPhone. Workers and supervisors use it for attendance, overtime, fuel and trips; office staff use the browser.
A phone with a working camera and location. Attendance can be tied to the site's location so a punch outside the site boundary is visible as such.
Site work with poor signal is common, so the app tolerates a slow connection, but it is not a fully offline system today. If that matters for your sites, say so before you buy rather than after.
Email support and we will come back to you. If your only administrator is locked out we can restore access for you — that is the one thing you cannot do for yourselves.
We walk your administrator through the setup and the screens they will use daily. Beyond that, most of it is designed to be obvious to somebody who already knows the work — the app follows how a site actually runs rather than asking you to change it.
Tell us. Some of what is in Brytix today exists because a customer said their site does it differently. We will be straight with you about whether it is a small change, a large one, or not something we will build.
