Brytix is a subscription business platform provided to companies (tenants). Tenant administrators invite their team and staff; each user must keep their credentials confidential.
You may not attempt to access another tenant's data, probe or overload the service, upload malicious files, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Abuse is logged with source IP and may result in suspension and notification to the affected parties.
The tenant is responsible for the accuracy of workforce, payroll and invoicing data it enters, for having a lawful basis to process its staff's personal data, and for complying with local labour and tax law.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. On termination, the tenant may request an export before deletion.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
